This Privacy Policy describes how PortalX Gear (operated by PXII Studio Canada Inc., the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from portalxgear.com.

We use Device Information to screen for potential risk and fraud (particularly your IP address) and to improve and optimize our Site.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us operate the Site and fulfill your orders:

  • Payment processors (Stripe via Shopify Payments, PayPal) process your payment.

We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws, respond to a subpoena or other lawful request, or to protect our rights.

When you place an order, we maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.

Minors
