This website is operated by PortalX Gear, a brand of PXII Studio Canada Inc. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", "our", and "PortalX Gear" refer to PXII Studio Canada Inc. operating as PortalX Gear.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), including any additional terms and conditions referenced or linked to herein.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or use any services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Our fulfillment is provided by Printful. Both have their own terms and privacy policies.
Section 1 — Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.
Section 2 — General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
Section 3 — Products & Print-on-Demand
All PortalX Gear products are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner Printful. Production begins shortly after your order is placed and items are made specifically for you.
Because items are made to order:
- Order cancellation requests must be received within 2 hours of placement
- Sizing exchanges may incur return shipping costs (see our Refund Policy)
- We do not maintain physical inventory — each item is custom-made
We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be exact. Slight variations between mockup images and actual printed products are normal and not considered defects.
Section 4 — Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Section 5 — Modifications to Service & Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Section 6 — Original Artwork & Intellectual Property
All designs and artwork featured on PortalX Gear products are original creations owned by PXII Studio Canada Inc. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.
We do not knowingly use trademarked logos, marks, or images belonging to third parties. If you believe any product infringes on your intellectual property, please contact us at hello@portalxgear.com with details and we will investigate promptly.
Section 7 — Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Section 8 — Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate — even after you have submitted your order.
Section 9 — Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations; (d) to infringe upon intellectual property rights; (e) to harass, abuse, or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload viruses or malicious code; (h) to collect or track personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with the security features of the Service.
Section 10 — Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products are (except as expressly stated) provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind.
In no case shall PortalX Gear, PXII Studio Canada Inc., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers (including Printful) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products. Where law does not permit such exclusions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Section 11 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PortalX Gear, PXII Studio Canada Inc., and our affiliates from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Section 12 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
Section 13 — Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing to use our site. We may terminate at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of these Terms.
Section 14 — Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, except where required otherwise by mandatory consumer protection laws in the buyer's jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website.
