Production
Every PortalX Gear item is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner Printful. We do not hold inventory — each piece is made when you order it.
Production time: 2–5 business days. 97% of orders ship within this window.
Shipping Times (after production)
Delivery times depend on destination. These are Printful's published averages and exclude production time:
- United States: 3–4 business days (Standard)
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Mexico: 10–15 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 4–6 business days from EU fulfillment
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your destination, product weight, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. Discount applied automatically at checkout. Canada and international orders are charged shipping based on destination.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination and weight. The carrier and method are selected automatically to provide the most reliable and cost-effective service.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@portalxgear.com with your order number.
Where We Ship From
Printful operates global fulfillment facilities. The closest facility to your address is automatically selected:
- North American orders: Charlotte, NC or Los Angeles, CA
- European orders: Riga, Latvia
- Other regions are routed via the nearest available facility
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International buyers may be charged customs fees or import duties by their local government. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in shipping cost. We recommend reviewing your country's import policy before ordering.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Standard shipping does not include insurance. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the carrier confirms loss in transit or your package arrives damaged, contact us at hello@portalxgear.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you on a resolution.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you discover an error, contact us at hello@portalxgear.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed by Printful yet, we will update the address. If your order has already shipped, you will need to work with the carrier directly on rerouting.
